What is KidsKlub?

The KidsKlub is a collection of safe games for children aged 4 to 10.

One of the distinguishing features of these games is that they do not include in-app purchases, in-game advertising, or microtransactions.

All games inside KidsKlub are non-addictive, educational and encourage creativity.

Yes. All content or content packs you have purchased as a one-time purchase remain permanently unlocked, even if you don’t have an active subscription or cancel your subscription. You can continue to use these items anytime without paying again.
Currently there are 12 apps included in KidsKlub and more are coming soon.

Yes, of course you can cancel at any time. We don’t want you to be tied to a membership that you don’t want.



But we would like to keep you as a happy customer.

Depending on where you purchased your membership, you will need to cancel either:

No worries. The code is still valid in most cases.

 

It is best to cancel the subscription now inside the app and it will automatically expire free of charge 7 days after the start of the subscription.

 

After that you can enter the code here on our website ahoiii.com/code and it should work.

 

Problems with the code from the card usually happen, because your account is currently in the free trial period of 7 days.


During this time, you cannot redeem the code as you currently have an active subscription.

Our system prevents you from booking two subscriptions with the same e-mail at the same time.

There are several ways to start a KidsKlub membership.

 

Basically, it doesn’t matter where you take out your KidsKlub membership.

However, you may have to cancel your membership via the respective app store or our website.

If you choose the monthly offer, it costs € 7.99 per month.
If you choose the annual offer, it only costs € 4.17 per month.
After the free trial subscription expires, unlimited access to all KidsKlub games for the price of one Premium Game per month.

Most bugs (errors in the app) are caused by insufficient memory on the device.

 

Therefore, please try to do the following:

  1. End all background tasks
  2. Restart the device afterwards
  3. Try to open the app again

 

If the error still occurs, you also can send us an email to our support team.

In any support mail please:

  • specify your device
  • explain in detail where and how the error occurs.

 

Only if we can reproduce the error on our devices, we have a chance to fix it for you.

Of course!

To do so, delete the app from your device and download the latest version from your app store.
After opening it, tap through the onboarding process until you reach the sales page (do not buy anything!).
There is a close button in the top left corner. Once you tap it, you will be in the app.
Now tap on the green button with the shopping cart icon.
You are now in the shop.
Scroll down and tap on “Restore purchases”
Everything should now work as usual.

We have now activated family sharing for all apps.
Please try reinstalling the relevant apps. Then it should work.

APPLE APP STORE
To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the following page reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Log in with your Apple ID.
  3. You will now see an overview of your iTunes purchases. Click on “Report a problem” to the right of the relevant purchase.
  4. Select either “I want to cancel this purchase” or “Item purchased by mistake”. Which of these options you see depends on the purchase.

 

APPLE Invoice

You can also claim your money back via your Apple invoice.

Simply find your invoice in your mails and click on the “Report a problem” link inside your invoice.


GOOGLE PLAY STORE:

  1. Visit the Google Play website and log in with your details.
  2. Select “My Account” at the bottom left. The last app you purchased should appear at the top of the list.
  3. Click on the three dots to the right of the app you wish to cancel. The option “Request refund” will open.
  4. You must now select your reason for the refund and briefly describe it in your own words. Google will then check whether you will get your money back.

on iOs (Apple):
To cancel a subscription on your Apple device, go to Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap “Subscriptions.” Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap “Cancel Subscription.” Then confirm the cancellation. If the “Cancel Subscription” option does not appear, the subscription has already been canceled.

on Android (Google):
open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, select Subscriptions, and then choose the subscription you want to cancel. From there, tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions

If you created your KidsKlub account with “Sign in with Apple”, you might not be able to log in on a child’s device, because this sign-in method isn’t supported there. Don’t worry — you can still log in with email + password. You just need to set a password once.

Here’s how:

  • Open any KidsKlub app on the device where “Sign in with Apple” works (usually your own device).
  • Go to User / Account settings, sign out, and fully close the app.
  • Open the app again.
  • On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” (not “Sign in with Apple”).
  • Enter the email address linked to your account and set a new password.

You can now log in on your child’s device using that email address + your new password.

Special case: “Hide My Email”
If you used Hide My Email, you’ll need to use your Apple relay email address  (ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com) instead of your regular Apple ID email.

(We explain how to find it in a separate FAQ.)

If you chose Hide My Email when using Sign in with Apple, Apple created a relay address for your account (it ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com). You’ll need this relay address to log in or reset your password.

On iPhone / iPad

  • Open Settings
  • Tap your name
  • Tap Sign in with Apple
  • Select KidsKlub from the list
    → You’ll see the relay email address Apple created for KidsKlub.


On Mac

  • Open System Settings
  • Click your name
  • Click Sign in with Apple
  • Select KidsKlub
    → You’ll see the relay email address.
